I currently use Mari 2.0 and I'm trying to figure out a decent workflow between Mari and Houdini. One advantage in Mari is to layout UVs in patches for one object. In Maya this is possible in the hypergraph editor. Does anyone know how this would translate to Houdini shading/texturing workflow?
Do you change the UV space in the shop from 0 to 1 UV space to whatever patch it is?
