Hi,
I've been doing a lot of research on custom fracturing and came across this page from Sidefx.
http://www.sidefx.com/docs/houdini15.0/dyno/voronoifracture#create-a-volumetric-fracture-map [sidefx.com]
Some of it I understand, some, I have no clue what they are talking about.
I'm trying to figure out what network nodes they are referring to under the “Create a volumetric fracture map” section at the bottom.
I've played around with the Scatter and VoronoiFracturePoints SOPs as well as VoronoiFracture.
I'm trying to figure out how to fracture geometry to look like the photo I uploaded.
Thanks,
Jim

I'd post to Work In Progress (at either site or both)
questions like “how to track a shot, what tracking software is good and will work with Houdini” etc could be put in the Lounge
questions about specific Houdini tools/workflows/problems should go in Technical Discussion
Given that you have a specific project I'd just post to one Topic in Work In Progress - most people read all the new posts so it's not likely to be missed.
if you have a very technical question or problem and you haven't gotten any response in a while (a few days, not a few hours) then you can repost that question in Technical Discussion - making sure to refer to your Work In Progress post.
