Tutorial Problem: Rest Angle

Hello,
I turn on Kin OverrideRest but I cannot rotate the bone with the Transform tool as indicated in the tutorial… So, how do I set the Rest angle?

You can use the Pose tool with the Handle type seet to “One for all selected objects”. I'll submit a bug for the transform tool.
