Cache fur simulation ?

hello i have a scène whit a mesh whit fur on it i will try to render 49 frame on this scène but houdini make a cooking from my fur and its increase my render time for an animation in 640*480…

how i can bake the simulation of my fur before the render ? if il try to save the frame range in cache its save just the last frame i dont understand how its work ?

You're saving the wrong node. The guide groom is usually not animated. The guide deform is the animated guides. Save from the guide deform.

Also, the file path to save must contain a frame number, otherwise it will just overwrite the same file over and over. The guide groom does not have a frame number in the path by default, because it is not intended to output animation.

The guide deform node will have a frame number token in the name to save animation by default.

As long as I hold you or I can manage the physical parameters of the hairs, I'm thinking that if I add the simulate node, it will add physics but or I can adjust the hardness of the hairs so that they come to life only when my mesh moves, for example when my mesh moves fast or moves its ears?
