Now that the houdini apprentice is attracting a good amount of people from other 3D programs, I think it would be beneficial to sesi and houdini to have a dedicated feature request section of the forum. Cause I need a place to put all my great suggestions.

In my opinion this would be much better suited to od(force). I see this place more like a support forum and od(force) more like a more general talking place about Houdini.
There are already some wish list threads on od(force).

true, but it could be both too … I'm guesing sidefx main site has more traffic, and autodesk has “the area”

I think both forums are good places to make suggestions. I personally am more diligent about watching the SideFX forums (they are _our_ forums after all), so you may get a little more attention by posting suggestions here. But even on odforce I'm sure Edward at least would see it.

Also, just because we don't currently have a dedicated area for suggestions, don't let that discourage you. Feel free to post suggestions anywhere on here.
