I talked with the Developer of that Rig He said that he QUITED from Houdini ... he is not going to release the tool ...

Then Apply to Houdini Blendshape .. and the whole 200 bones of a Face Actually ADAPT to the morph ..
This is something like a "Major Feature" that POSER / DAZ / Reallusion / MAYA
