Hi , Are these Vex codes ? I have some basic Vex knowledge , but i dont know what are these~~~~~~?

Yes, that is valid Vex. Vex is similar to the C language. It supports includes. If you conduct a search for the file on your computer you'll find it in the include folder.
C:\Program Files\Side Effects Software\Houdini 19.5.569\houdini\vex\include
All those other files you can include in your vex snippet as well. It allows you to temporarily bring in a library with extended functionality to prefrom operations.
Using Houdini Indie 20.0
Windows 11 64GB Ryzen 16 core.
