exit color om refraction

Hey is there any way to color the exit color when teh refraction limit is reached?
Instead of just being black?
Could have sworn to be able to that in Karma

I don't think there's an exit color setting for Karma. Mantra had 'direct lighting' for exit color, but it always looked fake. I just increase refraction limit until the dark areas are too small to see.

Sometimes it's good enough, tbh..

I wouldn't have anything against them bringing back vm_raylimiteval. While we're making Christmas wishes I would even prefer it to be a per-material setting rather than global, with a user definable background per material

Raising refraction limit is the brute force option that I do not have the budget for . . .
