GAME TOOLS

Learning how to use Houdini for Game Development involves learning Houdini's core procedural techniques then learning how to optimize the results and export using either the Houdini Engine, which lets you open procedural assets into game engines such as Unity or UE4, or other formats such as FBX. You will also learn about the Game Development Toolset which is a collection of high level tools aimed to speed up games related workflows in Houdini. There are a growing number of game tools being developed that range from UVing to generating Motion Vectors from simulations.
