This node primarily aims to provide renderers with a richer set of data about the movement of fast-moving objects, to improve motion blur. It enables a workflow where a Cache LOP can be used to generate a fairly low-frequency set of time samples across the stage, and then this LOP can be used to selectively resample the data only for the prims that need it, minimising the data footprint.
Only the specified primitives will get resampled transforms; parent xforms will need to be specified in the prim pattern as well, in order to get interpolated transform samples.
