You can try the Wren ROP. It generates wireframes which I am assuming you mean by vectorize. It can also be used to generate postscript files.

Wren doesn't evaluate the materials on the geometry used for Mantra, only geometry attributes if you wish.
There's at least one school like the old school!

Do you mean to import the image and create lines out of it? If so, then the Trace SOP can be of help. However, you will probably need to preprocess the input image to improve the contrast at the edges that you want to become lines first.

Ed is assuming you didn't render this in Mantra and you want to trace it.

I am assuming you have this geometry scene in Houdini and you want to render a vector line version of it as is common with many Architectural visualizations.

I guess a bit more clarity on what you want would help.
There's at least one school like the old school!
