Hello,

Does anyone know what the ‘Snowflake’ icon on the node ‘export2’ mean? And how it may have acquired it/been set to?

The node next to it, ‘export1’, doesn't have that symbol.

I'm having some issue with a Chop network in one of my files and I don't want to report a bug as I suspect this may be the issue.

Thanks

The “snowflake” should be that the node is locked [www.sidefx.com] so it's not cooking the input anymore. Just right click => Flags => Lock/Unlock and it should works… I hope!

Thanks merlino3d,

That's exactly what it was and explains the undesirable results I was getting.

Next mystery, how the heck did I manage to right click that node, go down the menu and select ‘lock’ without knowing about it?

I guess there is a keyboard shortcut for locking a node.

That would make sense as I may have done some key combination after mistakingly not fully depressing ‘TAB’ to get a node.

That sometimes happens when I type too quickly.

There's no key shortcut for locking a node, unless you bound one yourself.
