I tried to use a Volume-Light to my pyro, but I got an error :
“mantra: Point cloud handle referenced before it was opened. Was pcopen() called?”

I followed this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVKODWtBmGc [youtube.com]
and got stuck at 13:50

How can I fix this?

That's a warning, you can ignore it.

I used to get this a lot and never actually figured it out. When I used to get this error the volume light did not work. Can you confirm that it actually is working after the error is received?

By chance are you using a PC iterate loop around the point cloud lookup?
There's at least one school like the old school!

I got this issue too in 19.5. My solution was to change the type in my volume light node to something else than geometry. In my case, I changed it to Point. The downside is that I had to change the shadow intensity and light color manually

If you change it from Geometry to Point it will no longer be Volume light but Point light
