hi all,
im doing some flip splash test,
i want to use RBD objects hit on the flip tank , then i can get splash i want.
i saw some tutorials, theres a teqnich i want to learn but always failed..
they use vopsop to create turbulance node , link it between object pos and output velcity.

in 13:38 he did some tricks, on EmitterGeo,
but is this possible that i can use it on my RBD objects?
if im wrong , any ways to make it succes?

if that possible to allow bouding box moving upside down?
or make it rotate?

hi! i have another question about the flip collision .

this is basic tutorial about flip workflow.
and i noticed that he used vbdfrompolygon to set as collision object.
does vdb calculate faster than geometry?
i tested between origin and vdb obj, and not as much faster as i expected.
am i misunderstanding about vdb ? :?

thank you jeff.
something i missed in my topic is,
i cant creat “particle”, nor “particle fluid” at first time.
which mean i cant create top level node as well…
when i choose particle shelf and click in the scene ,
the window showed up said “PermissionError: Cannot create a node inside a locked asset” .
ps: i uninstalled and reinstalled the Houdini ,
it still shows up…
im not sure if this is still a lock/unlock node problem , but still thank you for your reply

i use file node to read cache files and connect to export node.
