SCATTER AND NORMALS

ANY ONE FACE THIS PROBLEM WITH SCATTER POINT ON SURFACE AND FINALLY END UP WITH WEIRD NORMALL DIRECTIONS
I APPLAY FACET SOP BUT IT DIDENT FIX THE ISSUE
IM ON HOUDINI 12

add vertex normals to you geometry, then shatter it, turn on groups so You get inside geometry group, vertexSOP on that group with Cusp on

PS: Your capslock seems to be stuck

thank you man for replay and sorry for being late
im not trying to shatter it im trying to keep normal position after scattering it
so the points will continue inherit the normal direction from geometry
i try point sop and vertex sop and no one works

ah, damn, wrong read

the geometry You want to scatter on needs pointnormals. scattered points inherit all point attributes

this is a simple poly sphere with normls points
the problem is when i scatter points on the sphere surface i want the new points to inherit the normals ,instead they all point to one direction
points sop or vertex sop or facet sop dosent fix the problem
