here is my day1

inspiration coming from Niki de Saint Phalle work...
i use simplefemal rig for posing, paintmask for deforming, vdb and voronoi for the color patterns, karma for rendering.

Day 1 - Round. First attempt at using metaballs. Going for a blood cell/fleshy feel, just abstract, nothing specific. Missed the mark a bit, haha.

I fell behind by a few days so I'm going to need to rush to catch back up so I can get the iron man completed.

This may look like just a bunch of circles...because it is! But I have the camera rotating 360 degrees around them the whole sequence. Using the primitive SOPs "look at" parameter you can get some cool effects with 3D scenes
