HMtlX Gain and Bias internally clamp their inputs to 0-1, and their parameters are also clamped 0-1 as well. Results get wacky when those values fall outside of the 0-1 range.

Fixed the Karma Render Settings LOPs' dicing camera parm to work with usd prim paths. Added a menu to choose from available cameras.
