Is it possible in Houdini once I finished my scene to record it with all its materials, so that when I reopen this scene to integrate it in another one I don't have to give back all the paths of my textures?
Sorry for my english but i learn too ^^

isn't there a simpler way to add all my textures to the project?
I have a scene already made if I'm the instruction to create a project with the corresponding folders houdini creates me directories but, don't copy the textures included in my scene in the folders that it just created… or the objects 3d it creates empty folders.
the practical side inside escapes me completely. I don't mind if houdini is not user friendly but there's some crazy stuff a c4d will do that and i guess in others soft it's the same but not houdini at least not easily.

From main menu-> Render -> Preflight is maybe what you're looking for.

Right Mouse Button Menu on Material
unlock… drag all files in Preflight window in the “green” tree … lock again if you like
houdini will copy the files after dragging in yout $HIP or $JOB directory
