Introducing My Learning
As learners go through all the lessons in the SideFX library, they can now organize their learning using the New My Learning Dashboard. They can build up a list of tutorials they are interested in, track their progress to completion then review their accomplishments.
Here are the main features of this new My Learning page:
- It will be a new tab on the Learning Pages beside Learning Paths, Tutorials and Experts
- Tutorials can be bookmarked to make them available on the My Learning page
- Tutorials that the learner has started go in the In Progress section with a progress bar displayed.
- Once a tutorial is completed it goes into the Completed section.

Heard about this a few days ago, really interesting and going to use this soon for my 40 hour Foundation Course :)

Pages like that UE5 magical attack tutorial series need to have to be able to collapse the sidebar.
I also would say that Completed should go to the bottom of the stack, so that Bookmarked are in the middle.

Great idea, it would be nice to be able to search for author like when searching in the regular tutorials page. And also when finding a tutorial on the regular tutorials page, being able to add it to my learning page. I know there is a bookmark button but still.
Just my 2 cents.

Good learning resources are so important to get the most from software like Houdini. I really appreciate the work you guys are putting into this area!

I like the MyLearning concept and your tutorials - they are one reason beside the procedural concept why I want to dive into Houdini. But you need to improve the tracking of the progress. Every time I open the "Foundations/Overview" course for example, a different set of videos is checked as "done". The system should remember my progress, even when I learn on different devices and with different browsers.

hi, why does my progress doesn't get updated, and my complete lesson doesn't too

Very nice! I think it could benefit from some sort of folder system to organise our bookmarked tutorials so students can form their own learning paths though
