Greetings,

What's the appropriate method for submitting issues we're having with the new website and forum?

Thanks!

If it's non-sensitive information, just post it here.

If it's sensitive (backdoor found to everyone's passwords!), submit a bug > http://archive.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=768&Itemid=239 [archive.sidefx.com]

Is this the final version of the forum?

I'm asking because I have to say that I'm a bit confused about the whole usefulness of the “Website beta testing” thing that just happened.

Quite a bit of issues reported, RFEs issued yet there were basically no replies from SESI and the new forum is now here with pretty much nothing addressed. And all those discussions are gone.

So is there any point in discussing anything about the website (and forum) or we should just attempt to live with it?

The site is still technically in beta and we will continue to review and address the feedback provided last week - those forums disappeared from the final forum but they are available to us.

I will set up a new website feedback thread for people to add new feedback.

Ability to sort topics by views/replies would be nice if possible.

I'm missing the necessary button to “Like” your post.

When I load the 15.5 online documentation the search dialogue is not visible on Chrome or Firefox on my Nexus phone.

Same with our studio Ilsa workstation broswer. However if I do a search function for the word “search” in the Isla browser it will pop up at the top…
