Created this for today's Earth topic. Used damp grains with a black and white image of earth map to generate displaced geometry and use it to imprint on to the sand. Needs to be finer sand, but computer couldn't deal with it in time for submission.

The animation wasn't satisfactory, so I rendered it again!

Hi,

It's not easy to do one work per day, but it's a good trainning !
Shame on me I have not time to add details and render it

I use animate contraints done with solver to lead the vellum sim and I use the worms velocity in a viscous fluid simulation to do the earth.

I had trouble rendering due to license issues, so I took a screenshot of the Karma viewport. :/

Points of technical interest are the solver for making the track and related stuff, like the proxy geo of the wheel and wheel creation/animation.
