The compositing in COPs was the first time I have had to split channels for comping during this mardini. It's no Nuke, but it does a better job at that than AE for sure. The glass and liquid do look good in Karma though, so not all bad.

UFO landing on my external window sill.

First time rendering animation in Karma. Really glad I was able to somehow overcome problems that I've met while trying to comp this in COPS and render it in Karma.

Day 29 - Background plate. Useful node, but I struggled again with solaris. Not sure if its my comp but its laggy.

Had a bit of fun tonight and made some music to fit the theme of a quick clip from work at lunch, hope you enjoy it!

Trying to learn Karma as much as possible but I'm so used to simple corona/vray/redshift pipelines that I feel a bit clueless. Maybe some really simple example scenes for Solaris would be useful for beginners on the website for the future?

Wow this one was painful - had no idea how to set it up and had to learn to do comp inside Houdini. Got it semi working in the end so a day late, but done.
