A constructor node for the surfaceshader type. Describes light scattering and emission for closed 'thick' objects. If the BSDF is opaque only the front side will reflect light and back sides will be black if visible. If the BSDF is transmissive the surface will act as an interface to a solid volume made from this material.

Parameters

bsdf

Bidirectional distribution function for surface scattering.

edf

Distribution function for surface emission. If unconnected, then no emission will occur.

opacity

Surface cutout opacity.
