Feather Utility geometry node

Provides a collection of helpful functions for working with feather curves.

The Feather Utility operator is a collection of helpful functions for working with feather curves.

Parameters

Group

The group of feather curves on which the utility functions will operate.

Find First Barb Point

Finds the position of the first point on each barb curve.

First Barb Point Attribute

The name of the attribute to store the position of the first point on each barb curve when using the Find First Barb Point function.

Compute Width

Computes the width of each feather curve.

Width Attribute

The name of the attribute to store the computed width values when using the Compute Width function.

Length-Normalized

Specifies whether to normalize the width values by the length of each feather curve when using the Compute Width function.

Align Orient To Curve Tangent

Aligns the orientation of each point on the feather curves to the tangent of the curve at that point.

Orient Attribute

The name of the attribute to store the computed orientation values when using the Align Orient To Curve Tangent function.
