RBD Match Transforms geometry node

Given an untransformed reference, extracts the transforms for each piece per name, from either Geometry or Proxy Geometry, and applies them to the geometry with the corresponding name attribute.

On this page

The RBD Match Transform extracts the transform for each piece defined per name primitive attribute, given an untransformed reference geometry in the fourth input, and applies them to the geometry and constraint points with a corresponding name attribute.

Parameters

Reference

Geometry

The transforms will be extracted from the first input’s modified geometry.

Proxy Geometry

The transforms will be extracted from the third input’s modified proxy geometry.

Transform Constraints

When disabled, the constraint geometry will be unaffected. When enabled, the constraint points with a matching name attribute will have the corresponding transform applied.

Update Rest Length

When Transform Constraints is enabled, recomputes the restlength attribute for modified constraint primitives.
