Muscle Merge geometry node

Merges muscle geometry from its inputs.

This node is useful in workflows where muscles are configured in separate streams, and then combined before passing downstream to the Muscle Solver. Special handling is done to ensure that attributes which configure muscle-to-muscle, and muscle-to-bone constraints are preserved when the separate geometries are merged into one.

The number of inputs is currently limited to 6. If more streams need to be merged, use additional Muscle Merge SOPs in succession.
